Sylvia M. CPT; CNC

Sylvia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 2.5 years of experience, specializing in kettlebell training, strength, mobility, nutrition, and pain management, with a focus on aging and functional movement. She approaches every client with empathy and understanding, cutting through the confusion and judgment often found in fitness spaces. Sylvia empowers her clients to realize they’re stronger than they think, creating a supportive, fun environment where progress is personal, and every win counts.

Faye U. NASM CPT, CNC, BS in Health Science

Faye is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 2 years of experience specializing in strength training, mobility, and flexibility. She is passionate about helping clients build a deeper connection with their bodies through mindful movement and personalized coaching. Faye creates a supportive environment where individuals can improve at their own pace, focusing on mind-body awareness, enhanced mobility, increased strength, and better functional movement for everyday life.

Julia M. NASM CPT, ACE CNS

Julia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Nutrition Specialist with 2 years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She specializes in core-focused circuit strength training, conditioning, and mobility, offering personalized modifications for every client. Julia takes a holistic and empathetic approach, empowering clients to build confidence, consistency, and independence in the gym. Her training emphasizes how movement makes you feel – not just how you look – leading to sustainable progress, strength, and a healthier lifestyle.

Andi F NASM CPT

Andi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Gymnazo Multi-Dimensional Movement Coach, 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to helping women 35+ move better, feel stronger, and live more confident, pain-free lives. Andi blends strength training, mobility, and mindfulness to support lasting wellness. Whether in group classes or private sessions, her approach is rooted in intentional movement, helping women build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with their bodies.
